ചേക്കേറൂ നീ
A pure lullaby, carrying the immense love parents hold for their child.
In 2024, a friend from school asked if I could create a lullaby dedicated to his daughter, who was about to turn one later that year. To inspire me, he shared a letter he had written to her when she was just three months old. I was more than happy for the chance, and this song is what came of it.
It is a duet set on calming piano and flute, written from the perspective of the parents speaking to their child: the purest feelings, the purest intent, and a wish that every good thing finds her.
